ALittle Giant TE-7-MD-HC Series pumps are magnetic drive pumps designed for handling strong acids in industrial, commercial or residential applications. They are engineered for stringent chemical transfer or circulating processes. These TE-7-MD-HC pumps feature a 3/4 hp TEFC motor for increased protection against weather, dirt and moisture. They are equipped with a glass-filled polypropylene volute for improved strength, dimensional stability and structural rigidity. These pumps offer creep resistance and increased wear resistance. They have a specific gravity rating of 1.1 and further offer fluoroelastomer (FKM) O-rings and ceramic thrust washers and shafts to resist chemical corrosion and wear.

Chemical transfer pumps are designed to circulate mildly corrosive acids, alkalis, plating and sterile solutions and solvents for in cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food industries. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of low- to medium-flow chemical transfer pumps from brands like Finish Thompson, Grainger and Little Giant Pumps. These pumps feature magnets on the impeller and a motor shaft for transferring full torque of the motor to the pump. With the motor shafts not in direct contact with their wet end, these magnetic-drive pumps are not only able to effectively reduce the occurrence of pump leakage but also the maintenance cost of a mechanical seal. To further reduce human effort, self-priming option is available on selected pumps. These pumps do not require manual filling of the suction pipe with liquid to remove air.
