These motors do not require frequent lubrication as they have double sealed ball bearings that are mechanically locked on the shaft end.
These motors have a solid base with pre-drilled holes. The base & motor can be bolted down onto the solid surface to minimise vibrations and keep the motor in place.
These motors can be connected to VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) for speed control. These VFDs can also control the ramp down & ramp-up of the motor during the motor's stop & start, respectively.
