Working Mechanism:

• Turn On the meter and press the time weighting button to select the desired response time.
• Set the response to FAST (125 ms) if the sound source has only short bursts.
• Select SLOW (1 s) for average sound level measurement.
• Press the frequency weighting button to adjust the frequency.
• Press the 'Hi/Lo' button to select the appropriate range.
• If the display flashes the OVER icon (after setting the range), adjust the range again.
