Product Details
- Palmetto Packing 1382 is mostly used in rotating pumps and valves for chemical or abrasive semi-liquid mixtures. It is best suited for paper, sludge, chemical, mining and asphalt pumps.
- It offers quality heat dissipation to prevent glazing and scoring, which eventually increases packing and sleeve service life. It is also cheaper and uses less energy to turn the shaft.
- Palmetto 1382 has an operating temperature range of -400 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and can handle pressures up to 300 psi.
