Master Appliance PH-1600 heat gun allows users to sense, display and control actual surface temperatures. This ProHeat STC unit is perfect for use on temperature-sensitive surfaces. It bends & forms plastic, reactivates dry adhesives, removes bubbles from decals and pastes vinyl wraps.

Working Mechanism:

• Plug the heat gun into an appropriate electrical outlet and press the trigger switch.
• Set a desired surface temperature and airflow.
• The target temperature will display on the upper row of the LCD.
• Point the nozzle at the work surface.
• The lasers will indicate the correct field of view for precise temperature measurement.
• The current surface temperature is shown on the LCD's lower row.
• For high-temperature accuracy, move the heat gun nozzle back and forth over the target surface area.
• As the work surface heats to the target temperature, the rising surface temperature displays on the lower row of the LCD.
• The green, yellow and red LED lights indicate the heating progress.
• Green means continue heating. Yellow means you are approaching your target temperature. Intermittent flashes of the red LED indicate that the surface has reached the target temperature.
• When the heating process is complete, release the trigger switch.
• Set the heat gun on the back end cap with the nozzle pointing up and allow it to cool.

A. The Proloc supervisor lock avoids temperature or airflow changes for repeatable process control. It allows the user to turn off STC controls and use the heat gun in traditional nozzle-sensing mode.

Q. How to use the Proloc supervisor key?

A.

• Place the Proloc key on the right side dot below the thermometer icon to change the output between Fahrenheit and Celcius.
• Place the key on the left side dot beneath the fan icon to lock the temperature and airflow.
• Place the key on the centre dot ( below 'MASTER') to switch between surface and nozzle temperature control.
