Destaco 810 Series pneumatic hold down clamps are pneumatic versions of 210 Series manual clamps. They are sensor ready for accommodating both round & T slot type sensors. These clamps feature built in flow restrictions, eliminating the need for external flow control. Destaco 810-S is equipped with a solid clamping bar for accommodating a spindle at a fixed position. It is actuated by an air actuated pneumatic cylinder that has a magnetic ring piston for smooth operation & position sensing. The pneumatic cylinder consumes 0.029 cubic feet of air through a 1/8 NPT port and can handle a maximum pressure of 10 bar. This pneumatic clamp provides a maximum load holding capacity of 750 lb. It is completely self contained & requires only a pressure source for user safety. This clamp base has threaded mounting holes for quick & easy installation on a horizontal surface / workpiece.
