It has carbon steel construction which is zinc plated for minimising damage / wear against abrasive conditions & outdoor environments. This vertical hold down clamp is a suitable choice for operations where there is a requirement to clamp / detach the workpiece repeatedly throughout the operation. It comes with a neoprene spindle for keeping the workpiece stationary throughout the operation while preventing it from loosening / slipping. Destaco 202-U vertical clamp is designed for ensuring a long life cycle when using standard clamping arms and spindles. It features a U shaped bar that enables quick spindle adjustment along the holding bar length. This feature ensures that the user can adjust the toggle clamp for workpieces of varying sizes. However, this clamp is not recommended for welding & machining applications.
