Tufoil Spindle Grease

Fluoramics Tufoil spindle greases are jelled Tufoil designed to provide lubrication in crucial mechanical parts like appliance motors, bearings, brake callipers, dental drills & high torque machinery. These spindle grease feature high-temperature tolerance even in direct flames, therefore amounting to ultimate shelf life without melting or run-off. They are ideal for significantly lowering machine operating temperatures to prevent friction, noise and wear & tear for longer operational life. These synthetic greases have a flashpoint of 200 deg Celsius and are available in size capacities ranging from 0.25 to 1 lb on Raptor Supplies.

Features

  • Fluoramics Tufoil spindle greases minimise friction, noise and wear & tear for long operational life.
  • They are made of a synthetic lithium PTFE complex and have an excellent shelving life.
  • These synthetic lubricants remain stable in excessive heat and do not melt even under a direct flame.

Compatible Accessories

  • Grease Brushes and Guns: These tools provide consistent lubrication to the equipment.

Standards and Approvals

  • ASTM
  • DOT

Frequently Asked Questions

How does lubrication enhance efficiency?

Lubrication reduces the friction between moving particles. This reduced friction allows particles to move past each other smoothly. This ease of movement allows machinery to save fuel and improve efficiency.

What is the advantage of PTFE in these lubricants?

The presence of PTFE in Fluoramics Tufoil spindle greases ensures the formation of a dry film.

What is the flash point of these greases?

500 degrees F.
