They are offered in lead-free brass, brass and lead-free copper silicon alloy construction for safeguarding the water supply from harmful contaminants. These valves are equipped with a stainless steel strainer to prevent debris and sediment from entering the downstream plumbing system. They have thermoplastic seats for a tight & reliable seal to prevent water leakage. These valves are integrated with thermal expansion bypass to allow controlled release of excess pressure, resulting from thermal expansion in the water distribution system. They are available in female threaded and union joints inlet types.
