A5C/B5C Form Flex Couplings

TB Wood’s A5C / B5C Form-Flex couplings are spacer style couplings configured to minimise shaft separation. Two fully machined steel hubs & one flat block spacer are included in composite spacer Form-Flex couplings to eliminate the need for high maintenance center support bearings. These A5C / B5C Series couplings have a zero backlash design and offer elastomeric & gear coupling replacements without the need for lubrication. They can also be used in combination with floating shaft couplings and pillow block bearings to span long distances. Choose from a wide variety of these couplings, available in torque ratings ranging from 2200 to 34000 lb-inch on Raptor Supplies.

TB Wood's HSH Form-Flex couplings are designed to transmit torque while compensating for angular, parallel and axial misalignment between two connected shafts. They minimise misalignment forces on the connected equipment and are widely used in cooling fan drive applications. These couplings are available with steel and composite spacer tubing that reduces total cost by eliminating the need for bearings and support structures. AX Form Flex Couplings

TB Wood's AX Series Form-Flex couplings transfer mechanical power & torque between two shafts and accommodate angular, parallel & axial misalignment. Hub City spline shafts are specially designed for transmitting high amount of torque force and rotation. These plain and involute splined shafts feature 1215 cold-rolled steel to deliver fair vibration damping and excellent chemical resistance. We also offer Hub City couplings in 1144 stress-proofed steel to connect and transmit torque between two rotating shafts.
