TB Wood's close couple Form-Flex couplings are ideal for transferring torque and power while accommodating angular, axial and parallel misalignment between two shafts. These AY Series couplings feature 300 stainless steel constructed flex discs for providing high torsional value with a maximum torque rating of 7600 lb-inch. HSH Form Flex Couplings

TB Wood's HSH Form-Flex couplings are designed to transmit torque while compensating for angular, parallel and axial misalignment between two connected shafts. They minimise misalignment forces on the connected equipment and are widely used in cooling fan drive applications. These couplings are available with steel and composite spacer tubing that reduces total cost by eliminating the need for bearings and support structures. TB Wood’s A5C / B5C Form-Flex couplings are spacer style couplings configured to minimise shaft separation. Two fully machined steel hubs & one flat block spacer are included in composite spacer Form-Flex couplings to eliminate the need for high maintenance center support bearings. These A5C / B5C Series couplings have a zero backlash design and offer elastomeric & gear coupling replacements without the need for lubrication.
