Round Body Pneumatic Cylinders

Parker round body pneumatic cylinders convert compressed air into linear motion and offer front block mounting in automotive applications. They feature stainless steel construction with silver finish to resist corrosion and have aluminium end caps & pistons with precision machining for delivering smooth break-away. These non-repairable, factory pre-lubricated cylinders are equipped with rod bushing reamed to close tolerances to provide smooth operation & long life. The pistons are precision machined, threaded & loctited for leak-proofing & durability. They have UNF threads for excellent torque-locking ability & carrying capacity of heavy loads or FNPT threads for strong & leak resistant connections. Choose from a wide range of these cylinders, operating at temperatures ranging from -10 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and having stroke lengths up to 6 inches.

Parker single-acting pneumatic cylinders are designed to transfer force and move a piston in specific direction. These units feature stainless steel construction with aluminium heads & caps for excellent corrosion resistance, low friction and a smooth break away. They come with rod bushings to offer smooth operation & extended life. These units are capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -10 to 165 degrees F and are nose-mounted for quick installation. They are dimensionally interchangeable with Norgren, Bimba and SMC cylinders and are available in lengths ranging between 3 and 12.580 inches.

Pneumatic Cylinders

Pneumatic cylinders are suitable for moving both light- and heavy-duty mechanical devices, in a particular direction, with the help of compressed air. Raptor Supplies offers a wide array of single- and double-acting Parker, Speedaire and Velvac pneumatic cylinders ideal for operations involving both linear and rotational motion. Speedaire air cylinders designed to withstand excessive temperatures, moisture, lubricants and solvents and are compatible for use with Bimba, Norgren and SMC cylinders, or the ones not requiring magnetic sensing pistons. These units feaure heads and cap made from a solid aluminium bar stock to ensure structural rigidity and lightweightness requirements, simultaneously and allow mounting kits to be used in conjunction without disturbing the tie-rod assembly.
