Plate casters are used for applications with load ratings ranging from 45 to 11339 kg, ideal for large scale warehouses, workshops and industries. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of bolt hole, rigid plate, swivel plate and pneumatic casters from leading manufacturers like Albion, Vestil, Dayton, Blickle, Caster Connection and Hamilton. Vestil industrial casters are made of proprietary glass filled nylon for durability in harsh industrial environments. These plate casters provide better impact resistance than standard glass filled nylon versions and better floor preservation than cast iron / steel variants. They resist most gases, chemicals, solvents & acids and are equipped with a durometer for easy rollability. Dayton caster kits contain parts for replacing worn or damaged casters. These kits include two rigid plate casters and two swivel plate casters that can be used together to allow the equipment to both swerve around curves and maintain a straight course while rolling. They come equipped with kingpins that securely join the caster's mounting plates to the frames.
