Oil Safe fluid analysis systems are designed for real-time monitoring of fluid levels & quality. They provide quick condition assessment, thereby reducing downtime & maintenance costs. They feature a Large Tritan sight glass which is shatter-proof, stain-proof & chemically resistant, and a built-in oil sampling port with an easy-to-remove magnetic plugs for testing. They also include a steel corrosion indicator and a Viton O-ring for leak-free operation. Oil Change Pump Systems

Dayton oil change pump systems are designed to transfer oils, lubricants, coolants and non-abrasive fluids during automotive maintenance. These pump systems are made from durable polypropylene and require minimal maintenance. They feature a 12VDC motor for pumping liquid and an automatic shut-off mechanism to immediately shut off the motor when a sudden rise in temperature is detected. Dayton oil change pump systems are equipped with a non-clog rubber impeller for uninterrupted flow and a 7.8 ft long cord for portability, in addition to a reversing switch and a suction & discharge tube.

Oil Change Systems

Oil change systems are suitable for transferring non-abrasive fluids (water and hydraulic oils) to and from agricultural equipment, industrial machinery and automotive vehicles. Raptor Supplies offers a wide array of Fill-Rite, Oil Safe and Dayton oil change systems. Dayton oil change pumps are designed to minimise overheating in confined spaces and low-ventilated areas and feature an automatic shutoff facility that offers complete protection against damages caused by sudden rise in temperatures. These units come with a non-clog rubber impeller with a thermoplastic housing for transferring thick slurries or solid-laden fluids and can handle flow rates up to 4 gpm. For fluid analysis operations, Oil Safe oil change systems are ideal because of their stain-proof, shatterproof and chemical-resistant glass for easy visual inspection and a built-in oil sampling port for enabling hand-held instrument sampling services. They further come equipped with an adjustable nut for removing or rotating the inspection glass and a removable magnetic plug for user convenience.
