DAYTON manual chain hoists have a compact design with pre-lubricated ball bearings and precision-machined gears for smooth lifting, ideal for use in commercial buildings, warehouses, storage areas and factories. These low-headroom chain hoists feature through-hardened chains with heat-treated alloy steel hooks to withstand load up to 6000 lb. DAYTON hoists come with safety latch-on hooks to prevent accidental slipping of load and a standard load limiter to prevent hoists from lifting loads beyond rated capacity. Manual Chain Hoists

Manual chain hoists are used to manually lift and lower heavy loads using a chain. They are ideal for manoeuvring loads in buildings, warehouses, storage areas and factories. These chain hoists feature a spur gear for wounding the chain when the chain is pulled for lifting the item. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of manual chain hoists, low headroom chain hoists and hoist trollies from Dayton, Vestil, Harrington and OZ Lifting Products. Hoist trollies are used where long hook travel is required and loads need to be lifted in a straight line. They are equipped with trolley wheels for portability and brakes for reliable stopping at the drop point. The friction-reducing ball bearings and chain guides prevent jams.
