For ease of assembly and disassembly, clamp an end cap onto the sight glass body ferrule.
Secure capped end in the bench vise.
Using the proper hex key, remove the top cap set screw.
Using the Dixon wrench (supplied), rotate the sight glass top cap clockwise for assembly or counter-clockwise for disassembly.
Lift off the top cap to expose elastomers and glass insert.
Inspect components and replace them if necessary.
For assembly of the sight glass, tighten the top cap to compress elastomers until they begin to protrude inside.
Install a set screw.
