Industrial grade Dayton electric vibrators are designed for numerous applications including material flow aids, cleaning, screening, detaching, sorting, conveying and compacting in the chemical, agriculture, construction, mining and pharmaceutical industries. These electric vibrators feature vacuum-impregnated windings with an oversized shaft & eccentric weights that offer high centrifugal force and can withstand high vibrations. They also have pressurised aluminium housing that offers noise free operation, along with resistance against dust & water for operation in harsh industrial environments. Battery Operated Vibrators

Dayton battery operated vibrators are used on dump trucks, tailgate spreaders, farm equipment, salters, screens & concrete pumps for cleaning & aiding the flow of material from chutes & bins. They feature housing made of aluminium for resistance against corrosion and produce noise up to 76 dBA. These vibrators deliver a maximum speed of 3600 vpm and are available in 0.11 & 0.22 hp variants.
