These coalescing filters offer high-quality compressed air with a little loss of pressure, and are tough enough to retain their shape even under pressure differentials (avoid collapsing of the filter element). Texas Pneumatic Tools coalescing oil removing filters to keep the air clean from dust, dirt, oil and water. They feature either internal float controlled drain valves to remove condensates, blockages & debris or manual drain valves for manually dumping liquid from the compressed air systems. These filters can withstand temperatures ranging from 40 degrees F to 160 degrees F and supply maximum pressures up to 250 psi. Raptor Supplies is an authorised distributor of Speedaire, Parker, Solberg and Wilkerson filter elements suitable for removing oil, water and other soluble particles from compressed air. Selected pneumatic line filters from Speedaire feature a lightweight aluminium housing and a porous carbon filter for withstanding pressures up to 235 PSI and temperatures up to 122 degrees F. For additional durability, these units come reinforced with epoxy-coated steel wire and dual-sided metal support for ensuring complete protection against accidental drops and damage.
Coalescing filter elements have multiple layers to remove particles of different sizes. The first layer removes the big particulate and the second layer removes the droplets with high efficiency.
