Coalescing Filter Elements

Wilkerson MSP Series coalescing oil filter elements are pneumatic filters designed to eliminate oil, particulates and mists ranging from 0.5 to 1 microns, from compressed air lines in petrochemical & oil refining applications. They are capable of fitting M8, M18, M28 & M35 Series wall mount bracket kits and are made of polyethylene for superior flexibility & rigidity.

They feature either internal float controlled drain valves to remove condensates, blockages & debris or manual drain valves for manually dumping liquid from the compressed air systems. These filters can withstand temperatures ranging from 40 degrees F to 160 degrees F and supply maximum pressures up to 250 psi. They offer metal with sight glass filter bowls for clear visibility of the oil droplets and provide up to 590 CFM (cubic feet per minute) air volumes.

They also eliminate moisture & provide good compressor airflow rates up to 770 cfm, as well as improve air pressure for machinery maintenance & auto painting applications. Texas Pneumatic Tools replacement element kits are suitable for replacing damaged components for inline compressed air filters. Selected kits feature 5 micron filters for capturing outer contaminants, thereby ensuring thorough filtration and rubber O-Rings & seals for leakage proof filtration. SPEEDAIRE coalescing filter elements are intended to force small droplets to crash into other droplets and coalesce into larger drops. They consist of several progressive layers which separate solid particles to liquid molecules from a gas flow. These filter elements feature a microglass media rated for 0.01-micron filtration.
