AWestward C-clamps have a C-shaped frame with a steel screw used for holding metal or wood workpieces together. They are available in light-duty, regular-duty and heavy-duty variants for use in different clamping applications, such as holding metals tightly during glue-ups and welding processes. C-clamps are designed for holding a wooden or metal workpiece during welding or carpentry operations. These units feature a metal bar perpendicularly attached to the screw for gaining leverage while tightening the clamp. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of these G-clamps from brands like Bessey, Enerpac, Kant-Twist, Proto, Stanley, Vestil, Westward, Wilton and Wright Tools. Kant-Twist cantilever clamps are lighter, durable and have a strong 4:1 clamp ratio for gripping workpieces together. These innovative cantilevers feature free-floating jaws that can be adjusted to uneven surfaces with three gripping faces (knurled, smooth and V-slot) for applications as required. Wilton C-clamps feature forged frames for maximum strength and ACME rolled spindles for smooth operation and faster clamping. The 400 Series units feature a V-grooved anvil for providing a secured grip irrespective of the shape - round, square or flat and replaceable Perma-pads and spindles. These clamps are suitable for bridge building, fabrication, mining, woodworking and extraction applications with clamping pressures up to 40000 lb.
