Compact Air Curtain
Dayton compact air curtains act as a thermal barrier in transoms, drive-through windows and other similar openings to prevent dust, fumes and insects from entering the facilities. These units feature a blower with totally enclosed motor assembly for an optimal airflow. They are placed above entrances, such as doorways or loading bays to create a temperature barrier for unhampered vision or traffic through the opening. Choose from a wide range of these compact air curtains, available in 1/8 and 1/10 HP motor ratings.

Air Curtain
Mars air curtains are designed to maintain constant temperatures and keep flying pests or debris at bay in both commercial and institutional spaces. They can be installed on entry / exit passages, pass-thru windows and dock or receiving doors. Powered by a dual-shaft / permanently split capacitor type motor, these air curtains are capable of providing air flows up to 14400 cfm with a maximum speed of 3450 rpm. The brand also offers a wide range of heated air curtains with variants in heating methods, such as electric, hot water, steam and indirect-gas fired supply. Mars heated air curtains provide variable speed control along with low maintenance & operational costs, and are therefore ideal for light-to-moderate commercial applications, like concession stands, walk-in coolers, drive-up windows and retail entrance doors. Air curtains, also known as air doors, are used to to prevent air or contaminants from moving from one open space to another. These energy-efficient air curtains ensure reduced loss of conditioned air and consistent temperatures. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of air curtains from brands like Berner, Mars Air Systems, Dayton and Vestil. Mars air curtains are designed to be installed at entry / exit doors, pass-thru windows, dock doors and receiving doors. These air doors feature a dual-shaft / permanently split capacitor motor to provide air flow up to 14400 cfm with a maximum speed of 3450 rpm. Vestil air curtains feature a PSC, direct-drive motor for use with SCR controllers. These air curtains come with 20 gauge, rigid steel cabinets featuring baked on epoxy powder coat paint to offer extended durability.
