Uses

Working Mechanism

  • Push the platform of the mover under the narrow or side faces of the cabinet until the bottom & top of the transport platform frame are resting against it.
  • Place the securing straps in position & tighten them.
  • Pump up the platform about 1 cm and ensure that the unit is stable.
  • Raise both platforms the same amount simultaneously.
  • While moving, push the unit and move it lengthwise.

A. This furniture and crate mover has a maximum lifting height of 10 inches.

Q. How to assemble the crate mover?

A.

  • Remove the fork pin at the free end of the track rod.
  • Set the steering handles parallel to each other.
  • Push the fork of the track rod over the arm of the steering handle.
  • Replace the previously removed fork pin through the arm & fork.
  • Secure it with a split ring.
  • Repeat the steps while assembling the second unit.

Q. What are the points to consider while using the furniture & crane mover?

A.

  • Before using, check for damaged parts and replace them (if any).
  • The mover should be operated by two people.
  • The platform should be lowered to the floor until the transporting unit is standing vertically.
  • The centre of the platform must be beneath the centre of the gravity of the cabinet.
  • Secure the straps to prevent slipping of the cabinets.
  • The cabinet being transported must not be left unattended standing on the equipment. It must be lowered onto the floor.
  • Never use this model for towing by a vehicle.
