Working Mechanism:

• Make sure the filter and all connections are tight before operation.
• Place the motor on the drive coupling on the pump's top and secure it bythreading the handwheel on the motor.
• Ensure that the drum is fitted with a breather or the smaller drum plug has been removed to prevent the drum from collapsing during operation.
• Before connecting the pump motor to the power supply, make sure that the switch is inthe OFF position or the regulated air supply is not more than 100 psi.
• Plug the motor into the correct power outlet as mentioned on the motor tag orconnect an airline to the pneumatic motor.
• Remove the dust cap from the end of the fill nozzle.
• Either turn the electrical switch to the ON position indicated on the motor's handle orsqueeze the trigger of the pneumatic motor to start pumping.
• Place the nozzle into the equipment or container in which it is to be filled.
• Squeeze the hand trigger on the nozzle, allowing lubricants to flow out of the tip.
• Check for leaks around the filter gasket. If the filter has a leakage, stop the unit instantly and tighten by an additional 1/4 turn.
• For stopping the flow, release the nozzle hand trigger and shut off the motor.
