Reelcraft HC1200-23-18 1 hose reel is used for storage, transport & dispensing of hoses carrying air, water, diesel, gasoline, hydraulic oil or chemical in agricultural, pressure washing & chemical transfer applications. This large-frame hose reel is manually operated using a hand crank and features wide fluid paths for accommodating large-diameter hoses of long lengths, ensuring increased volume delivery. It can mount on a wall, floor, bench or truck. This hose reel can handle a 150 feet hose having a 1-inch internal diameter and 3000 psi maximum operating pressure.

Working Mechanism

  • After mounting the reel base at the chosen location, install the handle (if supplied unassembled).
  • Install the inlet hose on the swivel joint of the reel.
  • Install the outlet hose to the gooseneck.
  • Pull the outlet hose to the required length for operation.
