Proto J000TL steel feeler gauge set is used by machinists and engineers for measuring gap widths by inserting the gauge into the gap. They are ideal for automotive, woodworking and light & heavy production applications.

Working Mechanism:

  • The blades are placed on the gap that needs to be measured.
  • Initially, one blade of standard thickness is placed. If there are extra gaps, other blades are also adjusted & joined together.

Features:

  • This steel feeler gauge set features blades marked with both decimal size & its metric equivalent.
  • It has a locknut to hold one or more leaves in any position.
  • It comes with 1/2 x 12 inch blades in a steel holder for added safety.
