Palmetto Packing PE1000 packing seal or gland seal is designed to seal a variety of fluids. It is used to contain solvents, gases, water, acids, oil and other chemicals that are subdued to different pressures and temperatures.
A. Packing seals fill in space and reduce fluid loss by wrapping rope-like materials around a pump's shaft.
A. Compression packing is produced from various packing fibres. It eliminates leakage and improves the life of rotating equipment like pumps and valves.
A. Gland packing is used frequently for the sealing and preventing leakage of working fluid along the stem in valves and the shaft in pumps.
