HUMBOLDT H-4325 Motorised Sieve Shaker, Analog Timer

Humboldt H-4325 (5DPL6) economy sieve shaker, used with 3, 5 and 8-inch sieves, is ideal for determining the particle size distribution of aggregates in the material according to ASTM C136 standard. It can fit up to ten 8 inch, twelve 5 inch, sixteen 3 inch full-height or eighteen half-height 8-inch sieves.

Working Mechanism:

• Select required sieves having diverse mesh sizes and stack them together with a pan at the bottom, finest sieve above it and coarsest sieve at the top.
• Place the sieve stack's bottom pan on the shaker's cradle platform.
• Cover the top sieve and secure the sieve stack using a sieve hold-down bar at the top of the stack.
• Adjust and tighten the vertical support rods' (placed firmly against the holder) nuts at their top according to the material weight in the sieves.
• Set the built-in timer to the desired shaking time and turn On the machine. The unit stops shaking when the timer expires.
• Weigh & record the percentage distribution of the sieved materials retained in each sieve and the bottom pan.
