Eaton FT1380-115-8 is designed for crimping fittings on hydraulics and is capable of swaging hose fittings & thermoplastic hoses. It is used to fabricate hose assembly and connect to hoses of multiple sizes.

Working Mechanism:

• Push the hydraulic hose through the crimp die in the crimping machine until the hose's fitting is visible above the crimp die.
• The top of the hose should not be visible above the crimp die.
• Place the compression ring or collar above the crimp die.
• The unit uses a pump system for creating a tight grip on the end of the hose.
• This will crimp the hose end fitting onto the hose.
