Eaton BRP120A1CS is a dual-purpose arc fault (AFCI) & ground fault (GFCI) combination circuit interrupter. It is designed to detect electrical arcs & imbalance in outgoing / incoming current to protect from electric shocks & fires. It is ideal for HVAC systems, laundry areas and kitchen spaces.

Working Mechanism:

• Eaton BRP120A1CS circuit breaker normally allows current to pass through. The current-carrying contacts touch each other in this state.
• When it detects ground faults, the contacts move away from each other, thereby tripping the circuit.
• Users can switch the circuit back On by resetting it after troubleshooting the issue.

Q. How to install a circuit breaker?

A.

• Take off the panel cover. Use a screwdriver to unscrew all four edges of the panel cover while holding it tight to prevent it from slipping off.
• Connect the neutral and ground wires.
• Place the breaker inside.
• Screw the panel cover back.
