Anvil FIG 218 malleable beam clamp is used to suspend or secure heavy items like pipes when attached to beam flanges. They do not require welding or drilling.

Working Mechanism:

  • Mount Anvil FIG 218 clamp to the beam by tightening the tie nuts.
  • Install an extension piece to the bolt at the bottom of the clamp.
  • Attach a hanger rod to extension piece & support the desired load.

  • Anvil FIG 218 beam clamp comprises a jaw made of malleable iron, a tie rod made of steel, nuts and a washer for structural rigidity and durability.
  • It has plain or zinc plating options for operating in moderate corrosive, and severe weather conditions.
  • Ths beam clamp is used with beams having widths ranging from 2-3/8 to 7 inches and a maximum flange thickness of 0.60 inches.
  • It is equipped with a tie rod that locks the clamp in place once its nuts are tightened.
  • This beam clamp has a functional design that provides flexibility by allowing the hanger rod to swing vertically.
  • It can handle loads up to 1365 lb.
