These wheels are integrated with straight, steel shanks for chatter-free finishes, excellent balances and quick changes of tools. They are used with retainer nuts to securely lock the wheels onto machines as per need and easily conform to any contours or shapes without changing the workpiece's dimensions. Choose from a wide range of these flap wheels, available in sizes up to 320 grits.

They have flexible flaps for shaping them to contours without changing the dimension of the workpieces. They feature aluminium oxide construction for excellent cutting & finishing. These wheels are suitable for moderate surface blending & deburring with die / straight grinders and are equipped with steel shanks or mandrels that are permanently mounted to the epoxy cores to deliver excellent balance & chatter free finish. Choose from a broad range of these wheels, available in operating speeds of 8000 and 12000 rpm.
