Carriage bolts are suitable for fastening wooden or metallic surfaces in automotive, manufacturing, woodworking and maintenance & repair applications. They usually feature a domed head without a drive and require a nut & washer to pull them into the material.
These coarsely threaded bolts have fewer threads per inch than fine threads for quick installation and excellent resistance to stripping. They feature Grade A steel construction for structural rigidity and black oxide finish for high corrosion resistance & minimum colour reflection. These bolts further feature a square neck design to prevent the bolt from rotating during installation, making it easier to tighten the nut.
