Parker fluid sampling test port couplings provide easy access points for obtaining fluid samples in applications like cooling systems, mobile equipment engines and system performance optimisation. These steel couplers or brass nipples come with fluorocarbon seals offering durability, thermal and chemical resistance and their quick connect design prevent unscheduled maintenance, costly repairs, and production downtime. Selected models are installed in low pressure or return lines for accurate analytical measurements. Choose from a wide range of these test port quick couplings, available in 7/16 to 20 inch (ORB) and 1/4 to 18 inch (NPTF) thread size connections.

Parker PDP Series nipples with compatible couplers provide easy connection for specialised diagnostic equipment or mechanical gauges. These high tensile steel units provide excellent strength and capability to withstand 6000 PSI continuous operating pressure and grip-tight knurled sleeves for making quick connection / disconnection while wearing gloves. They are aligned with the mating couplers via locking balls to eliminate the need for threading and easily snap the test equipment (like gauges, transducers) into place with zero difficulties. These nipples are permanently mounted at the threaded test ports, rigid tubings or hose assemblies and are available in UNF, Seal-Lok, NPTF and Triple-Lok type connections.

Parker 6600 Series nipples are used in hydraulic fluid systems for a secure and leak-free connection of hoses or pipes with compatible female ORB / NPTF type port configurations. They are made of steel with zinc-chromate plating for corrosion resistance and improve durability. These couplers have double shut-off poppet valves that prevent the flow of fluid in both directions and include nitrile seals to resist oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, water and other chemicals. These nipples are designed to be interchangeable with other quick-disconnect couplings complying with ISO 7241-1 Series A standards.
