Stens ignition switches are suitable for activating the main electrical system of a vehicle and actuating four functions - unlocking the steering wheel, switching on the electrical power and activating the power windows and seats. These mechanical switches are combined with an immobiliser to start the switch functions only when the key is inserted into the switch and a unique transponder signal is detected. When the transponder code in the key matches with the ones programmed in the vehicle, the engine is activated. Stens transmission filters remove particles and contaminants from the transmission fluid and have anti-drain valves to allow oils to drain back into the engine. They are integrated with threads to permit required related accessories to be attached. The valves can operate at pressures ranging from 8 to 22 psi.
