Acorn Penal-Matic(R) cartridge assemblies are used for starting or stopping water flow, as well as adjusting temperature & pressure based on faucet operation. They feature Delrin plastic construction to withstand extreme heat and hazardous solvents. These CEC compliant assemblies replace dripping and leaking cartridge-style faucets and are compatible with fluid metering type valve fittings. They include O-rings, washers, bonnets & gaskets. Raptor Supplies also offers Acorn Flo-Cloz(R) cartridge assemblies.

Acorn prison toilet control stops are designed to control the supply & flow rate of water delivered to lavatories & showers. These check stops feature a screw to adjust, start and stop the flow of water. They are incorporated with a strainer to filter out debris and are ideal for use with Acorn Air-Trol and Time-Trol Series valves. The strainer check stops come included with an O-ring for providing leakproof operation.

Acorn plastic valve assemblies are prison toilet valves designed to connect water supply lines to toilet fittings. Flow control elbows are ideal for controlling the flow rate via a diaphragm and changing the direction of water supply. They are ideal for use with Acorn Air-Trol valves in lavatories & showers. These valve assemblies include O-rings to provide leakproof operation and clips & screws for secure mounting. Choose from a wide range of plastic valve assemblies, available in metering and non-metering H & C units on Raptor Supplies.

Acorn direct acting air & water diaphragm assemblies prevent overpressure of lavatory & toilet valves, as well as restore proper flushing & sealing. These assemblies include nylon compression nuts & seats, servomotors, cups and magnets compatible with Air-Trol(R) assemblies. Raptor Supplies also offers Acorn water diaphragm assemblies and diaphragm meters.

Acorn Safti-Trol(R) cartridge assemblies are designed to control the pressure and temperature of water flow through the spout & showerhead. They feature Noryl construction for excellent dimensional stability and withstanding elevated temperatures. These CEC compliant replaceable assemblies enable leak proof performance in lavatory & shower valves. These assemblies consist of parts such as gaskets, springs, washers, O-rings & bonnets. Raptor Supplies also offers Acorn Flood-Trol(R) valve assemblies.

Acorn prison toilet pushbutton assemblies are used to initiate flushing and water flow on the fixture and are ideal for replacing damaged assemblies in lavatories & showers. They are compatible with Acorn Air-Trol and Penal-Trol Series valves. These assemblies provide easy flushing with just a push of a button and are available in hot, cold & single temperature types on Raptor Supplies.

Acorn nylon compression nuts connect tubes to threaded components in water plumbing systems. They are well-suited with lavatories, showers, toilet valves, flood-trolls and push buttons. Nylon construction provides high tensile & compressive strength to tightly grip vacuum lines. These nuts are available in packs of 10 units. Raptor Supplies also offers Acorn flow controls for regulating speed in hydraulic systems.

Acorn prison-toilet flush valve diaphragm repair kits are suitable for replacing worn or damaged diaphragm assemblies within a flushometer (flush valve) for proper flushing and sealing. These flexible discs prevent leakage after each flush, with rubber construction providing strength and resistance against chlorine for long-lasting performance. Selected models include cups, diaphragms, guides & filters for quick fixing of running water and are compatible with Acorn Flood-Trol Series prison toilets. Selected air control diaphragms are used for reducing air pressure to ensure smooth water flow within the operating limit.
