Hose Reel Bumpers

Reelcraft hose reel bumpers prevent hose or cords from slipping too far into the reels through the hose guides. They have solid moulded rubber construction for durability and nonslip grip. These adjustable bumpers hold the hoses or cords tightly to store the desired length of hose or cords permanently outside the reels. Choose from a wide range of these hose reel bumpers to fit hoses with internal diameters, ranging from 1/4 to 1-1/2 inches.

Hose Roller Guides

Hose roller guides by Coxreels are used to direct hose pipes towards / away from the hose reels with more stability and less vibration in residential and industrial settings. These plastic / stainless steel rollers greatly reduce friction when the hose pipes are pulled at a sharp angle and also prevents wear or tear of the hose assembly. Coxreels hose roller guides are capable of holding hose pipes of up to 3 inch diameter (O.D). Coxreels replacement swivel fittings are designed for hose reels in plumbing applications. These units are constructed of brass for superior strength & thermal conductivity, and come with a nitrile seal for connecting joints & providing positive sealing. They are capable of handling a maximum working pressure of 3000 PSI and are available in 1/4 & 3/8 inch NPT inlets. Raptor Supplies also offers Coxreels swivel fittings having zinc plated steel construction for non-corrosive applications.

Replacement Swivel Seal O-Ring Kits

Coxreels replacement swivel seal O-ring kits prevent undesirable loss of fluids or gases. These units have Nitrile / Viton / EPDM / Aflas construction for providing excellent thermal, chemical, water & steam resistance. They feature a round, cross-sectional design that fits in a groove, creating a mechanical seal to prevent leaks. These O-rings are compatible with brass, as well as zinc plated, electroless nickel-plated & melonised steel swivel seals and are available in diameters ranging from 1/4 to 1 inch.
Raptor Supplies also offers Coxreels replacement ball stops featuring two-piece configuration to prevent the hose from completely rewinding into the reel.
