Vestil fork truck mounted brush sweepers convert fork trucks into cleanup equipment ideal for warehouses, parking lots and docks. They are constructed of lightweight aluminium with powder-coated finish and feature polypropylene bristles to prevent oxidation from exposed surfaces. These sweepers are attached by sliding forks into 5 inch fork pockets & locking them securely. They can be attached to magnets, edge marks or dust mops for improved sweeping. Fork Mounted Brush Sweepers

Transform your forklift into a clean-up equipment with the help of high-quality fork mounted brush sweepers from Vestil, Grainger and Sweepex. Use these forklift brush sweepers for interior and exterior commercial sweeping in parking lots, warehouses and docks. They feature lightweight aluminium body with polypropylene bristles and locking screws for tight and secure connection with forklifts. You can add optional dust mops with these brushes to collect fine dust particles.
We also offer edge markers used by drivers to indicate the position of the broom attached to the forklift. These markers are designed for use with Pro and Mega Series brooms for heavy-duty clean-up applications. These brooms feature of 8 / 11 rows of replaceable polypropylene brushes with reversible bristles and can be easily mounted on skid steers and lift trucks.

How often should the brush sections be rotated?

Ideally, after every 4 hours of usage, users should move the brush sections from the front to back to ensure even wear across the sweeper bristle base.

How to clean brush sweepers?

Users can easily clean the brush sweepers using simple water and soap solutions to remove the stuck dirt and wet debris. Pressure washing is ideal for cleaning these sweepers.

Are these sweepers suitable for snow?

Yes, they can also be used for removing light snow, broken glass, grain spillage, sludge, mud, standing water, material spills, sand, gravel and plastic scraps.

How often should bristles be replaced?

The polypropylene bristles of these sweepers are rugged and require replacing once the base gets uneven. Selected models have reversible bristles that can be detached from the sweeper assembly and re-installed from the undamaged side.

Do these sweepers accommodate attachments?

Yes, selected models can mount magnet attachments to collect the metallic parts during a sweep. It prevents the sweeper bristles from getting damaged against sharp objects.

Can these brush sweepers be mounted on the fork blade tip?

Although these sweepers can be fastened on the blade tip, it is recommended to install the sweeper at the back of the forks. When installed at the back, brush bounce reduces to the minimum and the sweep becomes more clean and effective.
