Class-CC fuses are designed to protect motor circuits up to 40 HP from short circuit or overload conditions. BussmannClass CC fuses feature 200 kA interrupting rating, comply with NEC standards and provide superior protection for small motor circuits. These fuses provide fast short-circuit protection and dual-element, time-delay performance. The current-limitation mechanism of these CC fuses protects downstream components against damaging thermal and magnetic effects of fault currents. Ferraz ShawmutClass CC fuses are the smallest 600 VAC / DC fuses suitable for branch circuit protection. These fuses feature a rejection style design which prevents replacement errors when used with recommended fuse blocks. They are ideal for the protection of control circuits and control circuit transformers where available short circuit currents exceed 10000 A.
