Working Mechanism

  • When the attached compressor attains the unload (cut-out) pressure, the pilot valve installed with these throttle controls sends a pneumatic signal to the air throttle control for actuating & extending to decrease the engine speed.
  • When the compressed air is used & the compressor obtains the load (cut-in) pressure, the pneumatic signal from the pilot valve retracts the throttle control to let the engine go back to its normal operating speed.
