Description
Norton Abrasives sanding belts are used on stainless steel, wood, cobalt, chrome, titanium, inconel, mild & carbon steel, aluminium and other exotic alloys for sanding & surface conditioning applications. They feature aluminium oxide or ceramic construction for exceptional cut rates & durability and have strong butt joints (selected models) allowing them to be run in either direction. These belts provide X or Y-weight backings ensuring increased life and offer durable, cotton for heat sensitive applications, polyester for waterproof operations or nylon backing material to enhance stretchability. Some models have grinding aid coatings to ensure proper cuts, burn-free grinding & minimal loadings and are available in orange, brown & black colours.
