A. Before using the air conditioner, make sure it is completely dry. After cleaning the coils, wait for 30 to 60 minutes before turning on the air conditioner.

A. In most cases, cleaning your coils once a year as part of a seasonal tune-up is sufficient. However, you should consider the location of your unit. If you live in a big city with a lot of pollution, you should have the coils cleaned twice a year.
A. The CoilJet is used specifically to clean the delicate fins without damaging them. It accomplishes this by forming a distinct spray pattern that never exceeds 100 PSI. Coil damage can begin as low as 125 psi, depending on the gauge of the fins and the angle of the spray.
